If you receive:
Just disable CSF (csf -x) then try again, and re-enable CSF (csf -e)gpg: requesting key 7BD9BF62 from hkp server keys.gnupg.net
gpg: keyserver timed out
gpg: keyserver receive failed: keyserver error
