All domains cannot access after renew ssl

Hi,
I meeting an error with domain, I can't access any domains after renew ssl. I don't think the ssl is the reason, I think the dns is reason cause this problem, but I don't know how to resolve it. Really need any advices.
When I tried access my domain, everything I got it:

I got the solution, if we touch anything in dns, try reboot vps, it's working for me.

ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSEDI got the solution, if we touch anything in dns, try reboot vps, it's working for me.
