Apache2 stops working after a few minutes

Please help me. installed Vesta CP on Ubuntu 16.04 with apache backend and nginx reverse proxy.
Everything seems to work perfect however every few minutes my website slows down and is inaccessible. However VESTA CP is accessible. My website starts again after I perform a restart on apache2
After a few minutes of working it starts slowing down and is inaccessible. It can not be pinged.
I am wondering what the issue might be? I have to keep restarting apache2 for my website to stay up.

I have solved the issue. It was pagespeed module. It has since stopped crashing.

Yes, I have installed mod_pagespeed too and it's crashing. It worked just fine in Ubuntu 12.04, but it's not working in Ubuntu 16.04.
I'm trying to find a fix but it looks pretty hard to find any news

demlasjr, this is old and, as for me, it's unsolved problem. ;-(

Yep, however...I fixed it by installing nginx module instead :D
