With the new laws in Germany, how do I ban all Traffic via geolocation? (CentOS 7)

Hello everyone!

I run a network of websites and thanks to the latest BS that has hit the world, Germany is out for blood. Well.. Not blood, but money. I don't have 5mill euro for everytime someone gets upset at a post I make on my blog or a client's blog.

How do I enable a geolocation block for German viewers to prevent them from viewing my content (they can, of course, still use VPN's)?

Many thanks!

This is for sites with more than two million registered users. Are you sure it applies to you?

Also, it doesn't seem to matter which country the offensive comment originates in, just that the company is located in Germany, so I don't see that geo-blocking would help you much here.

Well, there is no lawyer talks, but it's you ask for tech there two simple ways:
- nginx + geo ip
- iptables + geo ip
