For .CGI i use phpcgi our phpfcgid on the Web Template?

I am trying to install XFileSharing Pro and is giving-me "Internal Server Error".

On Apache 2 logs I have this error "/home/admin/web/mysite.com/cgi-bin/.htaccess: <IfModule not allowed here"
