Vesta Control Panel - Forum

I've been trying to configure the reverse proxy to point to another server on my network. The only way I have been able to get this done is by manually editing the /home/admin/conf/web/nginx.conf file to point to the address. It initially points to the local server address.

I had thought that by changing the DNS entries in the VestaCP that was how it was done as I couldn't see anywhere else to input this information but they seem to have little effect. Is there something I'm not doing?

And the penny drops - I have to add the IP for the virtual machine from the IP menu.

Can you tell me how you configured your reversed proxy? Because i can't get mine to work. If you could provide a sample of what you did, that would be great!
