not working webmail and phpmyadmin

Hello!
Not working my webmail i see that

Not Found

The requested URL /webmail/ was not found on this server.

And my phphmyadmin i see that

The phpMyAdmin configuration storage is not completely configured, some extended features have been deactivated. Find out why.
Or alternately go to 'Operations' tab of any database to set it up there.

Help what i can do?

Without more information, no one can help you. See my post here: viewtopic.php?f=11&t=15543#p63984 for commands you should probably run to get all the data needed for someone to help you out.

[root@vps474766 ~]# apache2 -v
-bash: apache2: command not found

If you updae php you maybe uninstall it

What system you use ?

Check if phpmyadmin is installed.
