Vesta keeps trashing apache config

Is anyone experiencing the same issue? Constantly getting lines stripped out of sapache.conf
Is there a way to stop this?
Is there a way to regenerate sapache.conf?

What version of Vesta? This is a known issue. It used to trash nginx config too but that has been fixed in the latest version (v18) -

I'm not sure if it has been fixed for Apache though.
