first i want thanks vestacp team for this great work it work great but we need setup LiteSpeed Server with the LSCache on vestacp
please help me to install and confgure it with vestacp to my website

Hello and Welcome here, however, LiteSpeed is not supported in VestaCP and so you cannot use it "through VestaCP". VestaCP uses Nginx in two modes
1. As reverse proxy to apache
2. Apacheless with Nginx only using PHP-FPM

Both are highly efficient configs stable and tested for high traffic sites.

You can look around doing some custom configuration for Litespeed, but you will need to setup and manage it on your own.

I think it is possible to do implementation of litespeed. But as far as I know, litespeed comercial support apache configuration, so it can be drop-in replacement. OpenLitespeed seems only can read .htaccess at server starting.

I have tried Litespeed on DirectAdmin, and server bust is incredible... Nginx (with cache) is smoking...
