Hello,
I have downloaded a backup and deleted from the server but now i want to restore the backup. How can i upload it to the server?
I am not able to open backup folder via SFTP. It is not allowed.
I am running on CENTOS 7 2gb ram 2vCPU.

why is not allowed ? Are you not loggin into sFTP as admin or a user with Sudo privileged ?
You can just upload it anywhere and then move the file to /backup using standard ssh.
