Basic help knowledge

Hello, recently I was getting into "the web stuff"creating webs with prestashop and wordpress, always using basic hosting which includes cPanel, after cpanel all was easy, installing prestashop or wordpress in a few clicks. I decided to buy a Cloud Server with SSD, Befure buying this service I asked to providers if this would be work for my needs of join all the small webpages I have, they answered me "yeah yeah, you can do pretty much everything" so I bought the cloud server, for my surprise I found only with a Shell to use (KVM) hardly I managed to install Vesta with Ubuntu 16...

Now I wonder how to keep going to create a website here, or translate mines to this cloud.

Is there any basic guide or some clue so I can fallow the researching by google? I would be really appreciate it.
