Downgrade PHP Version 7 to 5?

I have a script that doesn't run on V7 (500 error) i therefore would like to go back to Version 5.6 of PHP instead of PHP7.
Please keep in mind im using Apache2 as my Web Server.

I forgot to mention im on Debian9
Debian9, Apache2 currently on PHP7 but i want to downgrade to PHP5.6 or 5.3 because my script breaks the website with a 500 Error if i use PHP7 :(

My high-traffic website is basically inaccessible because i can't downgrade PHP back to v5.6..
