Letsencrypt move to new server

I installed letsencrypt for my domain using:

v-add-letsencrypt-domain user domain

Due to the recent vesta/digitalocean issues my server was taken down. I have now started a new one, and want to create a letsencrypt/vesta setup for the same domain. I get errors when trying above. How do I disable the old certificate and create a new one for the new server (again, same domain)?
