How to install http2 + non www ssl/https force?
How to install http2 + non www ssl/https force?
The VestaCP forum is mostly outdated it seems. Currently I am running a simple wordpress installation, I've installed SSL and added https in the wordpress settings, though it only uses https for when I log in to edit the site. I followed an udemy course to set this all up, running php-fpm, nginx, mysql and ubuntu 16.04 x64. Also installed let's encrypt, and fiddled with moving the key files somewhere else as the tutorial said.
I've heard the VestaCP Wordpress 2 nginx template is the best to use for wordpress so I'm currently running that.
I've tried two 'guides' to add the things/some of them but it won't seem to work. viewtopic.php?t=13150

Both of the guides say you move/download the two files into /nginx, but when I do that, they don't appear in the template dropdown on VestaCP, so I moved them to /nginx/php-fpm and now they appear. If I understand correctly, I just have to change the domain template from Wordpress 2 to one of those I added, which I did. None of those worked, and one of them somehow tinkered with my SFTP cause I couldn't login with WinSCP anymore. Then I went back to the droplet snapshot before I did these things to fix it. I also tried rebuilding web, didn't work.
Did I do something wrong? Is there a different way to do these things, if so, any detailed guide out there?
I also tried https://www.digitalocean.com/community/ ... untu-16-04 but the server couldn't find /etc/nginx/sites-available/default so I figured it's different with a VestaCP install and decided not to continue as the files don't look similar.
