Vesta Control Panel - Forum

Hello everyone and thank you for adding me to the group.

I bought a Mini Cloud with an IP address, with centOS 7 on VestaCP.
They provided me with password panel and root password. Why when I login in ssh (command: ssh root@ip), I insert the right root password, but show the message "sorry, try again".

What SSH client you use? What command you use for insert? Try to type password from keyboard, not a copy-paste.

I use Macbook terminal with this command:

ssh root@serverip

Or

sudo ssh root@serverip

I put the password with keyboard

But not work

I do not believe in miracles ))
Something wrong - username, password.
Did you sure about username is root?
And can you ask Mini Cloud support about this problem?
