Please help me!..ADDING DOMAIN → Error: WEB_SYSTEM is not enabled

Please help me!..ADDING DOMAIN → Error: WEB_SYSTEM is not enabled
I really need help about this I spent hours trying things I found online can someone please explain how can I fix this in plain language?
I try to add domain but I get this error then in putty i get this error: "Could not reliably determine the server's fully qualified domain name" Then I tried this
-sudo vim /etc/apache2/httpd.conf
-Insert the following line at the httpd.conf: ServerName localhost (which i dont really understand how to insert something)
-Just restart the Apache: sudo /etc/init.d/apache2 restart
after I get this error
root@vestacp:~# sudo /etc/init.d/apache2 restart
sudo: unable to resolve host vestacp.ixirhost.com
can someone help me how can I solve this or where should I start learning those stuff
