HELP: Let's Encrypt completely broken after using v-update-letsencrypt-ssl

Hi,

I just tried to regenerate the Let's Encrypt SSL certificates by using the "v-update-letsencrypt-ssl" command. The command finished successfully, but after that all the domains that got the certificates renewed showed that there was no SSL enabled at all.

From that moment enabling SSL would just show success and when the page got refreshed it would still have SSL disabled, or it would throw an error saying 'Field "ssl certificate, ssl key" can not be blank.'

I'm clueless, seems like there is no way to make this work. I tried with 'v-add-letsencrypt-domain' with no results. But now I'm getting errors in the web panel whenever I even try to remove the domain saying "... /snginx.conf doesn't exist"...

Where should I start debugging here to find the cause?
