fcgid + mpm_worker + Apache + Centos - broken files

Hi,
I`m using Centos7 with Apache 2.4.6
Several days ago, I switch mpm from prefork to worker.
After that, I have random problems with images and js files.
Browser return net::ERR_CONTENT_LENGTH_MISMATCH
If I back to prefork ... everything is OK.
