--nginx no --apache yes STILL installs nginx
So if u specify to NOT INSTALL nginx it will definetly install leaving apache2 with error. Apache2 will never start unitl you stop nginx.
Its strange because if you make a normal install everything goes well and both work. But if you choose not to install nginx apache2 will fail.
Plz fix install script so if I choose not to install nginx, so it will be, or at least not break things up.

Not worrie about that, I found a issue in installer, nginx is not excluded in all SO versions, I report this with a fix here: https://bugs.vestacp.com/issues/706

Just in case, i did it using the script you have at https://vestacp.com/install/
it generates the command, only copy paste.
System its ubuntu 18.04 live server amd64

It asks for a user /pass and using the same as in this forum it says its incorrect.
