Problems with fresh installation on Ubuntu 18.04

Hey Folks,
i just installed a new server with the latest vestacp, unfortunatelly some problems occured whcih i cant figure out myself :(
1) When i restart the server apache wont start.
when i enter
2) IP Tables shows as not running, but it realy is. I can change rules and they get applyed just fine... so i think thats low prio, but its quite strange that it shows as not running in vesta.
3) Just a question, is there anything known, if there rly will be ip v6 support in the next version? The release should happened some time ago :D Also is there anyway to manage my licences i bought for the sftp chroot? If not, its not so bad, i am gladly buying another licence to support the development a little.
Kind regards
Patrick
i just installed a new server with the latest vestacp, unfortunatelly some problems occured whcih i cant figure out myself :(
1) When i restart the server apache wont start.
says:service apache2 status
Code: Select all
systemd[1]: Starting The Apache HTTP Server...
apachectl[713]: (99)Cannot assign requested address: AH00072: make_sock: could not bind to address 45.86.245.324:8080 (ip changed to an example)
apachectl[713]: no listening sockets available, shutting down
apachectl[713]: AH00015: Unable to open logs
apachectl[713]: Action 'start' failed.
apachectl[713]: The Apache error log may have more information.
systemd[1]: apache2.service: Control process exited, code=exited status=1
systemd[1]: apache2.service: Failed with result 'exit-code'.
systemd[1]: Failed to start The Apache HTTP Server.
everything works and also apache shows up in vesta as running, but i have to do this manually each time the server restarts.service apache2 start
