Hello. I'm new here. I installed the panel normally, when I was migrating a site through filezila because it was a big site for 8 hours I was loading the site, after that I could no longer access the PC on which I was doing the process, but the smartphone can access normally the Vesta panel. Via putty access unavailable with connnect refused error message. Could you please guide me?

At least you must have SSH to review the logs and determine what happened, the most common thing in this is that the disk space is full. Review this issue with your provider and when cleaning space (in case of) restart the server.
