domain B is showing its contents on domain A

everything was working good till i had to delete domain A
i did a rebuild then then went to domain A just to see that domain B is serving its contents on domain A
all the dns records are ok , named.conf ok, nginx.conf, the user conf are ok and i checked bind all good
i logged into my domain name provider and all is good, i logged into my vps provider and all dns records are good
has anyone got any idea how to fix this im now going slightly mad

I had it when I forgot to remove the move in Google webmaster
