Server down. httpd nginx named off.

Os: CentOS 6x
Web: apache + nginx
Server down. httpd nginx named off.

Server down when i restart server. httpd - nginx and named off, i can not turn on. How can I fix it? help me

Os: Debian 7x

I had continuous problems about this, my final solution was to migrate from CentOS to Debian and the resulting problem.

I don't know why, but with CentOS I got a lot of problems with too many things, on the other hand when changing to Debian everything works wonderfully.

probably because nobody maintain support for CentOS...
i'm obviously the only one developer that is still patching stuff on github... and I use Debian... that's why Debian works fine.
