Error: Let's Encrypt validation status 400 for one of my domain

I am facing Error: Let's Encrypt validation status 400 for one of my domain
I think the problem is because of below mentioned scenario.
If I open the domain as http://xyz.com it is opening properly
If I try to open https://xyz.com it land me to certificate error page and redirects to some other domain (e.g. https://abc.com) on my server which have SSL installed.
Someone please help me.
