Is there a way to integrate Varnish?

I am fairly new to Vesta. I have been testing all the web control panels and although I like some of the other ones better they just have way to much going on, a lot of things I don't need. I like CWP panel for the webserver config but its a very slow interface and has lots of bugs. With all that said, Vesta is simple and does what I need it to do. I am just wondering a few things.
1. Why doesn't it support CentOS 8? 8 has been out for over a year now.
2. Does Vesta have a way to install it with PHP 7.4 so I don't have to upgrade it. Again I am not sure why this software is soooo out dated, it installs with a PHP version that is not supported by most websites. And I can tell how long its been since anything has been updated as it says it will take about 15 minutes to install and its takes about 90 seconds and that's on a old VM box.
3. And most of all is there a way to install, setup and use Varnish and have all working even the self generating SSL's
Thanks, John
