How To restart Vestacp

I changed port 8083 to 8443 but now can't access admin page.The service Vesta was not able to restart with the following error:

I contacted the server provider and submitted a ticket asking them to restart vestacp .
But they return me results like this .
Hope you guys can help me solve the problem and get it back to normal
