Trying to modify php.ini for wordpress theme installation

Hello,

I am trying to load elessi theme on a vestacp server, I wanted to modify the php.ini file following values

max_execution_time = 300
PHP Max Input Time: max_input_time = 3000
upload_max_filesize = 128M
PHP Max Input Vars: max_input_vars = 5160

I located a php.ini file in 3 separate locations in my vestacp server



I did not know which file I had to pick to modify the values so I modified all of them but it still dont work, I cant upload the theme and I dont know why, this is so frustrating
