greetings...
My problem is the next
since yesterday once i want to access to my web (is a VPS with cent os7 rn) appears "502 Bad Gateway -nginx"
i tried all, first, i had problems with apache and nginx for crash ports, i change the port of apache from 80 to 81 and the problem with the apache and nginx "solved" by i see in the putty with systemctl, but the problem still when i try to access again in the browser searching for my vps ip adress.

I reset the server in the provider's web, but the error still there.
I try to reinstall os, first i was using ubuntu 18, but reinstall the os CentOs 7 and the problem continue, what i can do? Is problem of vesta?

Today, after reinstall CentOs 7 i tried to connect in the browser with the vps ip but it cannot connect, then after i installed vesta again, the 502 error still there.

Please i need help

This is a very strange problem you are experiencing.

It seems that this error has nothing to do with VestaCP as even with a fresh install of CentOS the error 502 persists.

First you need to check if the nginx and httpd services are working:

# systemctl status nginx
# systemctl status httpd

Then you need to check if the ports of these services are open on your server IPs:

# netstat -ntlup | grep 80

nginx works on port 80 and httpd (Apache) works on port 8080 by default on VestaCP.

And finally, check if the http request is arriving at the server. You can do this by looking at the /var/log/httpd/domains log files.
