Solved. How to install wsgi on vestacp on ubuntu 18.04

This instruction does not work:

becouse, i have got error: "Error: apache2 restart failed".
only if i use that instruction:
viewtopic.php?t=18352
you will not got error.
please update instruction on official site (https://vestacp.com/docs/) for saving time of users Vestacp panel.
