Please, I want to make a change in the configuration file nginx, it depends on the template I'm using? Could you explain this? Or just change the default nginx conf file, and it will effect all templates nginx?

In most cases you can change /etc/nginx/nginx.conf and it will affect all templates. If you want concrete answer, I need to know what do you plan to change.

Again thank you for your reply, I want to add some extensions to mime types and add some gzip settings in nginx.conf

In this case you can go ahead modify nginx.conf
