SSL Cert from 123-reg

Hi everyone!
I'm new to Vesta, however so far I think it is the best control panel I have used!
I'm having a little trouble however with regards to paid SSL certificates from 123-reg.
I have used the CSR generator in Vesta to create the SSL from 123-reg.co.uk, however when I input the SSL cert, the Key (generated by Vesta) and the intermediate auth certificate from 123-reg, I get an error message saying that the intermediate certificate is not valid...
Any help would be greatly appreciated as I really need to get this certificate working.
