New to vesta help with some configuration

Hello,
I'm new to Vesta and server configuration in general.
I would like to accomplish some basic things:
-install xcache : viewtopic.php?uid=17&f=28&t=4496&start=0
This topic is in Russian and I was wondering if someone can post the english "how to" for ubuntu?
-install antivirus. which one should I use?
-fix the email issue. Every email sent from the vesta gets flagged as a spammer. What;s the fix for this behavior?
-File manager is there any file manager available?
