Subdomain WP Setup GoDaddy, DO, and Vesta

My goal: To successfully use subdomains in a multisite Wordpress installation on Digital Ocean SSD via a Vesta CP with a domain that was registered at GoDaddy.

Where I am at: Vesta is up and running/working on Digital Ocean Ubuntu OS. Wordpress multisite is installed and working (at least the base domain). I can't figure out how to get subdomains to work via wildcard or even using a direct A-Record and/or CNAME record. On the GoDaddy side I have the A-Record @ pointed to my Digital Ocean IP address. I then tried to do all the other DNS settings in the Vesta CP DNS settings side for my subdomain wildcard. Where am I going wrong?

I've tried to follow instructions found here: http://vestacp.com/docs/#how-to-setup-v ... ameservers
and via servermom: http://www.servermom.org/add-new-website-vesta-cp/1066/ without success.

Thank you in advance!!!

*I think I originally posted this incorrectly in the DNS Server section, so I deleted it there and moved it here.

SOLVED DNS Issue:

It actually is very easy and I was just missing one simple step, but hopefully this helps someone out. This is operating under the assumption that you are using GoDaddy for domain registration and hosting, Digital Ocean VPS, Vesta successfully installed on DO, and Wordpress (3.8+) with MultiSites with subdomain on Vesta under a specified user name.

1. In GoDaddy goto DNS Manager --> Zone File Editor
2. Add an A (Host) record where "Host Name: *" and points to the IP address of your Digital Ocean VPS where Vesta and WP is installed and save
2B. You should already have an @ record in GoDaddy here that points to the same IP where Vesta and WP is located, if not create it and save.
3. Login to Vesta using the user that the domain is attached to.
4. Under "Web" edit the existing domain attached to the account.
5. In the "Aliases" box add a record on the next line that is something like *.yourdomain.com and save.
6. Test WordPress by creating a new site and see if it gets automatically directed to it.

I installed a MySites on my wordpress,

I installed a WordPress plugin MU Domain Mapping,
set up a domain in the plugin, which is registered in godaddy,

he goes to this standard Vesta page, what should I do?

############# Update *
This domain I pointed out, I added it to my Vesta panel,

You can tell the walkthrough,
how did you do?

Please help me.
