Excuse my ignorance, but what is exactly the second IP?
If I delete it, I will have problem?
If I leave, how to properly configure?

Se eu apaga-lo, eu vou ter problema?
Se eu deixar, como configurar corretamente?

thats the local host ip address... you can delete that.. according to my vesta cp.. I only have my servers IP address in it..

if you cant delete it .. then I guess just leave it.. as long as it doesn't hurt having it there..
