I am running a small web server but need a way to allow people to manage their sites and for me to administer them. Is this the proper tool for that? I am new to web hosting and was told I need a control panel for this. Thanks for your help!

Also, does Vestacp include installations of MySQL, Apache, PHP, or do I need to install those afterwards?
