Im facing this weird problem. Everytime i want to login to my ftp account i am unable saying that it cannot connecto to the server. I can fix this by resetin a new password. But when session expires that password wont let me log in again, so i have to make another (or just introduce the same) again.

I have the exact same problem here, actually it is not resetting, it is turning into the exact character count of the password of * characters
