Before I saw this, I tried some stuff, that ended up working. I don't know if all of these steps were necessary, just listing them encase it helps OP.

steps
1) cd /backup/

2) rm -rf (insert name here for any tmp.* folder names)

3)/usr/local/vesta/bin/v-update-sys-queue restart
4)/usr/local/vesta/bin/v-update-sys-queue backup

*note step 4 can take a while, depending on what you are backing up. For me, 3 hours on 70gb of data
Now my backup button works again, and backup builds are working again ^_^, thanks all.

ok it sent me a message that it tells me "We gonna sent you a message when your backup it's ready" something like that but i wait for that mail 3 days
