Zend optimizier doesnt work after installing it.

I install it following this tutorial:

I enable it adding the lines to /etc/php5/apache2/php.ini

site is using default apache and nginx templates

apache2 was restarted

Why it is not working?

What os? Can you please provide us with a copy of php.in also a link to phpinfo page would be nice.
