If I want to enable http site to be httpS now should i move it to that other folder?
What about sites that can be accessed both ways?
No. You need to edit the web server configs to use one or the other. Me? I typically force VestaCP to use public_html for both HTTP and HTTPS functionality... just as cPanel does.

Speaking of, they need to fix that behavior and have the web server behave exactly as cPanel does.

... Lol. Whoops, on my part. <_<;

I haven't used VestaCP for quite a while since the last time I posted... that is, prior to me posting here again. I'll check and see if they fixed that behavior or not... I suspect likely not.
