Strange Issue

I installed VestaCP on a Debian 7 install on my local network. Got everything installed with no problems. After it was installed, I noticed that my local LAN started having internet connectivity problems. I was losing packets and websites were incredibly slow to load, some not loading at all. As soon as I suspended the VM where VestaCP was installed, the problems disappeared. Does anyone have any idea what in the program could possibly cause these issues? I am going to have to delete it completely if I can't figure it out.

We don't know nothing about your netrowk. We don't know, where packet miss (traceroute?). May be main problem in VM with Debian7 and you need configure network or settings in your VMWare or Virtualbox? It's a real riddle and not too much data.

Just look which processes are using resources, what network packets are sent.
