Services Stooped nginx and apache2

Hi,
I have a few instances in AWS with ubuntu and VestaCP installed and everything runs great until the instance is rebooted,
then nginx and apache2 just won't start or restart. I tried already with the start and restart buttons and via SSH.
and I can't find any solution to this problem that work's.
Please help me!
