[BUG] Skeleton doesn't working properly. Topic is solved

I used skeleton for sites as this structure:

index.php
/images/bla bla
/js/bla bla
/styles/bla bla

When user logs into ftp and try to delete default files, can not delete files/folders except for index.php I mean, if there is a directory in skeleton, user can not delete that directory. Only root can. But files in root folder of domain, everything is fine. User can delete as many files as skeleton creates. Only directories and files under directories are not deleted.

I check file / folder ownerships and file / folder modes there seems noting wrong with them. When i create new domain, skeleton files and folders created under new userownership.
