When does the Nginx frontend pass to Apace in Conf?@Fallback

Hello,
I am trying to understand the conf better for troubleshooting issues and I want to verify that Nginx passes a request to Apache with the "proxy_pass" directive on lines 7 & 22 using the default nginx template @ http://c.vestacp.com/0.9.8/rhel/templat ... efault.tpl - Is that Correct?
Would I also be correctly understanding it saying that all requests not matching the proxy extensions on line 8 are then forwarded to Apche via the @fallback location directive on line 21?
