domains with umlauts

hello!

how can i use domains for example "schöckl.info"?
xn--schckl-yxa.info is not possible! -> Error: domain (null) is not valid

I read about this problem with russian symbols in domains names. But problem was solved with russian locale on server. You can try to install german locale, where is ulmauts (I thinks it's standart german locale).
