Change keep-alive timeout?

Hello,

I'm having issues with my website loading slow. I was told that the issue may be keep-alive timeout is too high, how can I change this?

nginx.conf -> keepalive_timeout

apache2.conf -> KeepAlive

[skurudo]

But may be a reason to slow loading different -> slow php, low cpu/memory, scary system performance and others..
