Mail Server Errors - rejected RCPT, login failed.

Hi, I am currently having some issues with the mail server on an account.

I have a user account (non admin) and unable to login to any email addresses on any domains on the account, and seems to be rejecting emails. I can login and receive emails fine on my domains in the admin account. OS is CentOS 6.5

These did work at one point, but have since stopped working. I believe they stopped working near the end of April, possibly around the time I updated vesta to 0.9.8-8. Not sure if that could have caused any of the problems?

Looked in /var/log/exim/reject.log - A bunch of errors like this

Looked in /var/log/roundcubemail/errors

I'm sure it's the right login, as I generate the password for the email, copy it, save the changes, paste it into roundcube and get "Login Failed" message.

If anyone has any ideas or able to help, that'd be great!
