Edit email send per hour

Seems i did not find the answer on this forum or maybe i didn't notice it. Anyway my question is how can i edit the max hourly emails send per domain per hour? Thank you for response.

for clarification, i do not want to maximize it just for spamming. I only just want to limit it to my user. A tips will be helpful.

I could not find an easy solution, but this may be something to review depending on your comfort level of exim configurations.

thank you for that but im thinking that this could be done in php.ini? but i look at it and couldnt find the mail section.
