HELP cannot access webmail

The requested URL /webmail/ was not found on this server.

also nginx gave me a "bad gateway" error. this happened to me after i compiled php to enable pthread support.
i also tried to connect to the email accounts using outlook with the login and password to see if email accounts are working and i get an error.
i have no idea how to fix this... any help ?
