i cannot send or ricieve email from roundcube

exim and dovecot are running but i cannot send or recieve email

I will be really thankfull if you can help me with this issue .I have tried everything but i cannot make it work thanks in advance

Did you check your SMTP server settings? Also check that is your server blacklisted or not.
