Do not store forwarded email bug

Hi,

I'm pretty sure I found a bug in the 'do not store forwarded email' feature/option. Whenever you have only one email account under a domain it works fine but when I have multiple email accounts it will only save the last changed account in the fwd_only config file.

To replicate the issue:
1. create two or more email accounts under one domain (keep do not store forwarded email off for now)
2. change the first account to not store forwarded email
3. check fwd_only file, you'll see the first account is now listed
4. change the second account to not store forwarded email
5. check fwd_only file, you'll see the second account is now listed while the first has gone!
